Q: What kind of a photo makes a good charm?
A: The images that work best are evenly lit color photographs from a digital camera or photo center that are in sharp focus. We need an image that has the full face and head/hair showing without obstructions or scuffs/scratches. See the Photo Quality page for guidelines and suggestions.
Q: What resolution and file format does my photograph have to be?
A: Digital images must be in .jpg or .bmp format at 300dpi or higher for us to create the best possible likeness. If you send an unacceptable image, we will not proceed until we contact you.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: Please select Print then Pay option in the shopping cart and then call 1.877.256.8331 to place your order. Customer Service is here to assist you 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday CST.
Q: How long does it take to make a charm?
A: It typically takes only 10 to 15 business days (two to three weeks) from the time we receive your order and image until the charm is ready for shipping or pick-up. You should expect 3-5 days for your charm to arrive from the day it was shipped.
