ForeverLoved is a memorial site where members can share content and memories with one another, fostering a respectful and supportive community. However, the sharing of sensitive content may occasionally lead to conflicts. These guidelines aim to protect and nurture our community. By using the ForeverLoved website, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or other measures, at our discretion.

General Guidelines

The following principles apply to all visitors, subscribers, and members of the ForeverLoved community.

Respect for Privacy

Obtain explicit permission from living family members before posting information about them. If information is posted without consent, the memorial site owner—the member who created the memorial site—is fully responsible.

If a complaint is received regarding information posted against someone's wishes, ForeverLoved reserves the right to delete the content. The memorial site owner may have their account suspended or permanently banned, with the latest subscription payment refunded if applicable.

The right of individuals to request exclusion from a memorial site takes precedence over the right of site owners to include them.

Content Removal Requests

To request the removal of personal information, please send an email to privacy@foreverloved.com. Efforts will be made to address the request within one week. In cases of disputes, we will attempt to mediate between the parties involved.

Content Ownership and Permissions

Copying content, including photos, from other memorial sites or external sources without permission is strictly prohibited. Violators may have their account suspended or permanently banned.

Members inviting other people to be members in your memorial site, or approving their membership requests, will give them access to the memorial site and they might copy parts of it. While ForeverLoved cannot control copying by approved members, users should be cautious and make use of privacy settings. We recommend enabling stronger privacy controls and tiered access when sharing sensitive information. If an invitation or membership request approval was made in error, the memorial site owner can remove that member from the memorial site to revoke their access.

Account and Content Management

ForeverLoved reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate memberships without prior notice or liability.

Content posted to the site may become searchable and accessible to others based on your permission settings. Be mindful that downloaded or stored content may remain accessible even after deletion.

You may be contacted by other users through the Website when such users access your memorial. We can send you an e-mail notification once you receive a message on the Website. Members can modify email notification settings for messages in the 'My Account' section.

Content Standards

ForeverLoved aims to uphold a respectful and lawful environment. The following types of content are prohibited:

• Nudity, pornography, violence, or offensive material.

• Content that violates the privacy or confidentiality of others.

• Personal information, including photos or email addresses, if posted without their consent.

• Personal information relating to minors or underage children, identifying them or their details without parental consent.

• Copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorisation.

• Any content which doesn’t belong to you or which you do not have the right to use.

• Content that is defamatory, indecent, obscene, derogatory, abusive, hateful, false, misleading, inaccurate, malicious, offensive, threatening, or which incites harm, racial, religious or ethnic hatred.

• Unlawful content or material promoting illegal activities.

• Malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.

• Content that violates ForeverLoved's Privacy Policy.

• Any other content reasonably deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
  
  

Reporting and Moderation

Reporting Improper Content

If you believe content breaches our guidelines ("Improper Content"), report it to privacy@foreverloved.com. When you report Improper Content, you confirm that your report is accurate and submitted in good faith.

Moderation Process

The moderation process shall be conducted as follows:

Submission of Report: A user submits a report identifying content they believe breaches these guidelines.

Review: A designated reviewer will assess the report and investigate the content within 14 business days.

Decision and Notification: If the reviewer determines that the content breaches the guidelines, the content will be removed and the uploader will be notified of the decision. If the content is retained, the reporting party will be informed accordingly.

Appeals: Both the reporting party and the uploader have the right to appeal the decision within 14 days. An appeal must be submitted by email to privacy@foreverloved.com, setting out the reasons why the moderation decision should be reconsidered.

Legal Disclosures

ForeverLoved will cooperate with law enforcement and disclose relevant user information if legally required.

User Responsibilities

When using ForeverLoved, you must comply with our content standard (see above) and you must not:

• Impersonate anyone else, or use a false name.

• Hold yourself out as an employee or representative of ForeverLoved Limited. or its affiliates.

• Stalk or harass other users without their consent or after any has been withdrawn explicitly or implicitly.

• Send commercial emails, spam emails, unsolicited bulk emails or any other inappropriate email.

• Do anything that might damage our name or reputation.

• Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Website.

• Exploit for commercial purposes any portion of the Website.

• Perform any activity that requires any form of payment from other people.

• Advertise or offer products or services.

• Post links to any websites outside the ForeverLoved Website Group.

• Use someone else’s credit card or payment method without their permission.

• Use the Website to search for plaintiffs, records, and/or other materials for taking legal action against ForeverLoved or its affiliates.

• Copy or store electronically any part of the Website or its contents, or make available, distribute, or sell any part of the Website or its contents, or systematically download content and data from or through the Website to create or populate another database.

• Scraping, crawling or harvesting of any pages and any content from the Website is strictly prohibited.

• Running macros or scripts to automate activities on the Website, such as photo upload, photo colorization, colour restoration, or any other photo enhancements, is strictly prohibited.

• Splitting videos into frames to colorize the frames on ForeverLoved is strictly prohibited.
  
  

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the immediate termination of your membership, deletion of your account and may result in legal action against you.

ForeverLoved is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment. Any activity violating these guidelines or applicable laws may be referred to relevant authorities. By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to a respectful and meaningful community for remembering loved ones.
